Either way they are not performing as they were intended, giving 100% when asked and completely at rest when not being used. Once the pressure has been relieved off the nerve by the adjustment it is followed up by traction and exercises specifically prescribed for your postural needs to make sure that you are functioning as well as possible and that your muscles are working to keep you aligned instead of detracting from the ideal posture we are striving towards.
